VERSION	Left or right (looking from downstairs: left hand, when the rail is on the left of the staircase; right hand when the rail is on the right).
INSTALLATION	Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (in the latter case the rails are cold galvanized and electroplated). If required, a water proof PVC cover may be provided.
COLOUR	Unit white RAL 9018; black dull rail.

RAIL	Twin rail made of elliptical section tube (drilled with sprocket holes) with max length of 20 m.
MIN STAIRCASE WIDTH	970 mm. (with 700 mm. wide platform) for V64; 1040 mm. (with 770 mm. wide platform) for V74.
FOOTREST LANDING AREA	From 1430 mm minimum at 50° to 1500 mm at 20° for V64; From 1630 mm minimum at 50° to 1700 mm at 20° for V74.

FASTENINGS	If required by means of posts, which can be secured to the steps and tied back to a wall or to a banister by means of fixings or others; if required, self supporting structure. Standard, to the wall, with expanding anchors (or chemical, if required, every 5 holes).
VOLTAGE	220V single phase supply for main circuits; 24V dc for controls and sub-circuits, obtained by means of a on board transformer. Mains power supply by cable in protected chain.

CONTROLS	CONSTANT PRESSURE type fitted as standard; on board, on the attendant remote control, there are the up/down push-buttons and an on/off key switch. On request, call-send floor controls with up/down push-buttons, key switch, at landings. Opening/folding of the platform. Platform motion in work position fitted as standard.
TRANSMISSION	Direct drive via a NON-REVERSIBLE REDUCTION GEARBOX driving a pinion.
MOTOR	0,75 Kw mounted ON BOARD THE LIFT, fitted with an electromechanical brake with manual override for use in the event of power failure.
HAND WINDING	FITTED AS STANDARD. To be used ONLY in an emergency by persons instructed in the safe operation of the lift.
PLATFORM	Manually operated type (gas strut assisted to reduce the effort of operation). Platform dimensions 830x700 mm. for V64, 1050x770 mm. for V74. Fitted with AUTOMATIC RAMPS. On request, POWER FOLDING PLATFORM. A range of alternative widths are available if required (770-650 mm. for V64 and 700 mm. for V74), or special dimensions.
SAFETY GEAR	The system incorporates an OVERSPEED GOVERNOR which is indipendently driven by the lower rail and initiates PROGRESSIVE BRAKING, stopping the lift in the event of a failure within the drive chain, without using any of the drive components. The whole mechanism acts on ITS OWN PINION and ON ITS OWN RAIL, which are independent from the driving one.
FOR USER SAFETY	The lift uses LOW VOLTAGE CONTROLS, is fitted with SAFETY GEAR, automatic SAFETY ARMS (automatic and blocked on EUROPA B.C. model indipendent on EUROPA B.I. model), AUTOMATIC RAMPS for wheelchair which lower at relevant level to permit transfer to the landings. Fixed HANDLE; EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON, located on the control, must be manually reset; safety TERMINAL SWITCH and FINAL LIMIT SWITCH.
SAFETY ALONG THE TRACK	The lift is fitted with safety edges to minimise the risk of injury due to TRAPPING, CRUSHING or SQUASHING. On request: safe edge on back of unit ; acoustical movement signal; fixed blinking -light.
STANDARD FINISH	White powder coated chassis (RAL 9018); the standard rail is black (RAL 9005). For external use the rail is electroplated and finished in black. The lift is fitted with an ABS chassis and stainless steel bolts as standard.
AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE	Any modification of the site must be carried out at the customer's expense (before the delivery of the equipment); he must provide for a dedicated power supply with cables size min. 2,5 mm², with an automatic switch 8A curve C and a 16A R.C.C.D. switch, with sensitivity of 0,03 A class AC, in a IP 54 lockable box, installed at the end of the cable supplied with the equipment. Possible re-buildings or testing charges are at customer's expense. Note: the customer is liable for the strength of the supporting walls and steps.
